Onboarding
Your career start at HUGO PETERSEN is part of our programme: our onboarding process makes your first steps in our company easy. Your journey begins here with a fixed plan and experienced colleagues at your side. We support you individually and personally during your start. A personal mentor will accompany you along the way.
In accordance with your induction plan, you will explore our departments and make contact with colleagues and contact persons. You will always be in dialogue with us: We use feedback meetings to constructively reflect on your work, development, goals and wishes. This includes regular dialogue with mentors during the probationary period, the three-month feedback meeting and a further meeting with the mentor, line manager and HR department at the end of the probationary period.
